業務内容

• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team; improve delivery quality and productivity through clear goals, processes, and collaboration.
• Own people management: coaching, career development, performance reviews, and hiring within a global, diverse organization.
• Take accountability for delivery across projects in collaboration with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and stakeholders; ensure predictable, sustainable delivery.
• Guide Agile execution at the team level: planning, prioritization, and progress tracking to support steady delivery.
• Act as a key communication bridge between engineering, product, and business to align priorities, manage expectations, and maintain transparency.
• Drive engineering excellence by partnering with Tech Leads and senior engineers on technical direction, design reviews, and engineering practices; support implementation where valuable.
• Monitor team health, delivery metrics, and risks using tools like Jira; drive continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with depth to guide design discussions
• Experience managing engineers (3+), including coaching, performance evaluation, and hiring
• Agile leadership with accountability for delivery outcomes and team health

• Experience with globally distributed teams and English communication
• Strong backend systems understanding; hands-on coding in past roles
