業務内容

• Build backend services with emphasis on stability and resiliency.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and reliability practices.
• Implement infrastructure and configuration as code for applications.
• Establish observability: telemetry, monitoring, SLOs, and alerts.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and prevent customer impact.
• Lead or support Major Incident Management and post-incident reviews.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 3+ years in backend/SRE with production code experience
• Python or Go (preferred) or similar modern language
• Distributed systems design and operational stability
• Observability: telemetry, monitoring, SLO-based alerts
• Strong English communication and cross-team collaboration
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and secure data handling
