Lead Infrastructure Engineer – ETS Facilities Engineering & Implementation

業務内容

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of physical infrastructure and facilities for colocated electronic trading sites, ensuring resiliency, scalability, and standardization across a global estate.
  • Conduct site assessments, space and power governance, and remediation; translate requirements into floor plans, rack elevations, and cabling designs.
  • Coordinate server and network implementation with internal platform teams and third-party vendors; ensure validation, customer acceptance, and seamless execution.
  • Manage capacity planning (cage, rack, power, cabling) and asset lifecycle (tracking, tagging, updates, reconciliation).
  • Drive change management (documentation, approvals, execution oversight) and stakeholder coordination.
  • Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis, validate outputs, and handle sensitive data with proper security/auditability.
  • Monitor system performance, address gaps, and ensure alignment with security and enterprise standards; onboard to new tools/systems.
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment, cabling, and vendor engagement to support delivery and operations.
