業務内容
- Design, build, and maintain QA automations
- Manually test our platform and agent across supported environments
- Partner with Product and R&D to define test plans for new features
- File and track bug tickets, working closely with R&D to drive resolution
- Produce clear reports and documentation based on test findings
技術スタック
必須スキル
- Software Quality Assurance practices and test planning
- Hands-on experience with Jira (2+ years)
- Conversational English and intermediate Japanese (JLPT N2 level or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
歓迎スキル（該当する場合）
- Experience in building QA Automations
- Software development experience
- Hands-on experience working with AI for Software Development
- Background in Cybersecurity, specifically endpoint security products
- Fluency in English and Japanese
