業務内容

  • Design, develop, and deploy optimization engines for BEV charging/discharging to minimize household energy costs.
  • Build, train, and evaluate ML/optimization models (e.g., forecasting energy prices, demand, vehicle usage; formulating and solving control/optimization problems).
  • Collaborate with product manager and engineers to align development with complex multi-system environments.
  • Identify issues, propose solutions, and lead technical communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with integration teams to ensure technologies are usable and seamlessly integrated; mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices through documentation and code quality.

技術スタック

必須スキル

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 7+ years in machine learning / optimization / data science
  • Strong programming in Python & Go; experience with ML frameworks
  • Experience taking ML models from prototype to production
  • Knowledge of one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
  • Strong business communication skills with stakeholders
  • Ability to design core, well-tested building blocks; user-centric thinking
  • Business-level Japanese/English proficiency
