業務内容

• Define and lead the vision for AI tooling in Cloud & AI products to accelerate development and secure deployment.
• Manage the AI Tooling engineering team with product management to break high-level problems into actionable delivery plans.
• Own delivery: oversee timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time feature delivery.
• Foster organizational health: set goals, monitor progress, and drive growth and training.
• Manage technical debt to sustain velocity through architectural consistency and reuse.
• Occasionally contribute to product development to stay current with technologies and team challenges.
• Identify and address technical roadblocks and risks.
• Elevate engineering excellence with automated testing, continuous integration, code reviews, and style conformance.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 7+ years of professional software development; 3+ years leading a technical team
• Experience with CI/CD, test automation, build tooling, IaC, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with agent-based development and applications powered by LLMs
