Senior Software Engineer - Engage Studio

業務内容

• Design and implement event-driven, serverless campaign delivery for multi-channel (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, LINE) on AWS.
• Build core messaging pipelines in Ruby on Rails and TypeScript; optimize for performance and scale; leverage AI coding tools.
• Contribute as a full‑stack engineer (frontend, QA, testing) to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Partner with product/design/engineering to architect scalable in-browser and in-app messaging.
• Own features end-to-end—from design and rollout to post-launch ownership.
• Raise engineering bar via code reviews, testing, observability, and CI/CD.
• Operate production systems: monitoring, alerts, on‑call rotations.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 5+ years building production web apps
• Ruby on Rails (or Node.js/Go/Java/Kotlin with REST/GraphQL)
• Event-driven, serverless design on AWS
• Modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• SQL-based data stores (Postgres, MySQL, BigQuery, etc.)
• Designing scalable, concurrent production systems
• Strong communication and business English
• BS in CS or equivalent
