Senior Security Engineer / Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Define security blueprints, threat models, and reference architectures for enterprise systems and AI workloads.
• Develop and deploy technical solutions to prevent or mitigate vulnerabilities; automate security checks and embed them into developer and agent workflows.
• Build API-based integrations between security tools (CSPM, SAST/SCA, ASM, EDR) to provide real-time security observability for engineering teams.
• Own technical controls enabling safe AI adoption; design guardrails for AI agents and MCP/A2A protocol usage.
• Embed security into product development and day-to-day operations; promote Security as Code and self-service security capabilities for engineers.
• Align security governance, risk, and compliance standards with developer-friendly reference architectures and practices.

Required Skills

• Security as Code mindset with automation/IaC
• Enterprise AI security (LLM integrations, MCP onboarding, agent-based tooling)
• Penetration testing and vulnerability remediation
• DevOps/SecOps collaboration to build high-velocity, secure engineering culture
• Bilingual English/Japanese for multinational engineering teams
• API integrations with CSPM, SAST/SCA, ASM, EDR

• Supply chain protection / SBOM scanning
