業務内容

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems and microservices; daily coding and reviews.
• Set technical direction for platform projects; translate complex requirements into scalable architecture.
• Identify operational risks, reduce technical debt, and enforce security, performance, and reliability.
• Plan core infra initiatives to ensure long-term stability and cross-product integration.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across teams.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 6+ years in web services; Go expert (Java も可).
• Designing scalable backend architectures, microservices, and Web APIs; AWS (EKS/RDS/S3) and MySQL.
• Backend design with automated testing for scalability and reliability.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.
• English business proficiency (TOEIC 700+); Japanese optional.
