業務内容

• Test planning, design/execution, bug reporting, and post-release verification.
• Test automation at unit/integration/system levels using AI agents; orchestration to enable faster feedback.
• Shift-Left QA design from prototyping; formulate mid-to-long-term test strategies (unit, integration, system, functional, non-functional) and automation.
• Defect data collection, measurement, analysis, and countermeasure development for continuous quality improvement.
• Standardization or improvement of development and testing processes; collaborate with cross-organizational teams (global/stakeholders).

技術スタック

必須スキル

• Foundational software testing knowledge (equivalent to JSTQB Foundation Level)
• Experience leading test strategy from formulation to execution (QCD, Test Pyramid)
• QA engineer for Web and Mobile services
• Experience standardizing/improving cross-organizational test processes
