• Translate business needs into actionable technical opportunities; drive customer outcomes through end-to-end AI solutions.
• Design, build, and deliver production-grade AI solutions in customer environments; maintain strong engineering execution and ownership.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity, delivering iterative, high-impact solutions to accelerate time-to-value.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders; build trust, align priorities, and guide technical and business decisions.
• Tailor solutions to industry and customer context; ensure clear handoffs and continuity across engagement lifecycle.
• Navigate complex account dynamics with an entrepreneurial mindset; set boundaries, drive urgency and accountability.
• Travel on-site up to 25% to engage with customers.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• 6+ years of technical engineering experience; coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on AI solution delivery, including building and deploying LLM-based systems; ensure model quality and performance.
• Experience partnering with customers/internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Fluency in Japanese and English.
