業務内容

• Join the SRE & Enabling team for the global app platform; own SLOs/SLIs and production readiness from design to launch across regions.
• Operate the platform across multiple time zones; enable multi-region rollouts, scale databases/infrastructure, and evolve toward a multi-region architecture.
• Build and maintain observability: metrics, tracing, logs; lead incident response, on-call rotations, blameless post-mortems, and reduce alert fatigue with AI-assisted automation.
• Own developer-facing platform tooling: CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, development environments, and AI-powered workflows to accelerate code-to-production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with platform engineering, product engineering, operations, and external partners to align reliability with business outcomes.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• Cloud infrastructure operations (GCP) and Kubernetes
• Defining and improving reliability with SLIs/SLOs; on-call rotations and blameless post-mortems
• Operational experience with databases; solid DB fundamentals
• Practical use of AI/LLMs to boost engineering productivity or tooling for developers
• Proactive incident response and ability to embed with product teams to improve product-level reliability
• Foundational web services architecture
• Language: Japanese Independent (CEFR C1) or English Independent (CEFR C1)
